My 7 Flirty First-Date Rules

Darling, that first date had me smiling the whole cab ride home. The poor man was still guessing when I slipped away.

  • Arrive seven minutes late. He checks his watch twice. That little pause sets the mood just right.
  • Skip the necklace completely. The neckline whispers everything. His eyes follow exactly where I planned.
  • Order the tallest drink. One slow sip. He forgets his own name watching my red lips.
  • Speak softer than usual. He leans in close. Suddenly the whole room disappears for him.
  • Leave before dessert arrives. Stand up slow. One smile over my shoulder and he's hooked.
  • Mention my ex once. Just enough to show what he lost. The new man straightens right up.
  • End with maybe. A light kiss on the cheek. Then let him wonder all night.
